OVERVIEW

Liquid Therapy is a home delivery platform for premium ready-to-drink cocktails. The cocktails are prepared in our laboratory and delivered either by our team or our subcontractors.

PREAMBLE

Liquid Therapy ensures the delivery of cocktails from its laboratory to the Buyer’s specified location.
The service operates through its own website or through its subcontractors platform. A detailed list of products and services offered by Liquid Therapy is available on the site.

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of Products offered by Liquid Therapy.
Liquid Therapy delivers its cocktail kits to consumers after order validation on its website.

ARTICLE 2: GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 These Terms apply to all sales made through the Liquid Therapy website. They are an integral part of the agreement between the Buyer and Liquid Therapy.
2.2 Liquid Therapy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with applicable terms being those in effect at the time of order payment.

ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

3.1 Per Luxembourg law, the sale of alcoholic beverages to individual under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Buyers must confirm their legal drinking age (16+ years) before placing an order. Liquid Therapy reserves the right to verify age at delivery and refuse service if the Buyer fails to provide proof.
3.3 Buyers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances may also be refused delivery.

ARTICLE 4: PRICING

4.1 Product prices are displayed in Euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes, and are detailed on product description pages.
4.2 Delivery fees are additional unless stated otherwise
4.3 Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price displayed during checkout.

ARTICLE 5: ONLINE CONTRACT CONCLUSION

The Buyer must follow these steps to place an order:
1. Select cocktails kit and other items from the menu on Liquid Therapy website.
2. Provide personal details, including delivery address and contact information.
3. Confirm order details and make payment.
4. Receive an email confirmation with the order invoice.
5. Delivery is made to the specified address within the stated time frame.

ARTICLE 6: PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

6.1 Essential characteristics of products and services, including pricing, are detailed on Liquid Therapy’s website.
6.2 Liquid Therapy guarantees delivery within the limits of available stock and informs the Buyer in case of unavailability.

ARTICLE 7: RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

Products remain the property of Liquid Therapy until full payment is received.

ARTICLE 8: DELIVERY TERMS

8.1 Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process.
8.2 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Liquid Therapy’s control.
8.3 For large orders – more than 5 bottles, additional preparation and delivery time may be required.

ARTICLE 9: PAYMENT

9.1 Payment is required at the time of order placement. Liquid Therapy accepts major international credit cards and secure online payment methods.
9.2 If payment fails, the order will be canceled.

ARTICLE 10: CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

10.1 Orders can be canceled before preparation begins. Canceled orders will be refunded in full.
10.2 Due to the perishable nature of the products, no refunds are available for delivered orders unless the product is defective or incorrect.

ARTICLE 11: WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS

11.1 Liquid Therapy complies with applicable laws regarding product conformity and hidden defects.
11.2 Claims regarding defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 24 hours via email. Refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.

ARTICLE 12: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Liquid Therapy is a registered trade name in Benelux.The following branding, product names, and content on Liquid Therapy’s website remain the exclusive property of Liquid Therapy.

ARTICLE 13: FORCE MAJEURE

Liquid Therapy is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

ARTICLE 14: DATA PROTECTION

14.1 Liquid Therapy processes customer data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
14.2 Buyers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting Liquid Therapy.

ARTICLE 15: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
15.2 Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg City.
